Interstellar Trek

Interstellar Trek is CowGalaxy’s conquest game: clear 39 outposts in five constellations, claim on-chain loot, and use Sandbox Shipyard modules in Trek.

《星际征途》是牛宇宙的征服游戏:清剿五个星座的 39 个据点、领取链上战利品,并让沙盒船坞制造的旗舰模块在征途生效。

One galaxy map, five constellations, 39 alien outposts waiting to be cleared.

Interstellar Trek is the second game in CowGalaxy, now in public beta alongside Interstellar Rangeland. Sign in with the same wallet and take the cows you raised on the ranch aboard your flagship: push through outposts along the star-map route, win turn-based card battles, claim ore, ship parts, blueprints and IRG on-chain, and collect fragments to light up each constellation, all the way from Taurus to Draco.

The story: the Explorer Alliance

After leaving Taurus, cow civilization split in two. The Galactic Empire treats a planet as a home: guard the ranch, collect taxes, build walls. The Explorer Alliance treats a planet as a waypoint: routes, not borders. Interstellar Trek tells the Alliance half: fly your flagship away from the home world, light up constellation after constellation, and bring back the loot from alien outposts.

How to play

Four steps to the core loop: pick your cows, launch, fight, collect. Every win builds fragments for the next sector.

Connect and pick your squad — Sign in with the same wallet you use on the ranch, no gas needed. Trek reads your cows straight from the chain: any living adult cow can fight, with the attack, defense and HP it has on the ranch.

Spend fuel to enter an outpost — Outposts are chained along the star-map route; you need at least 1 star on one to unlock the next. Every sortie costs fuel, deeper constellations cost more, and boss outposts cost double.

Turn-based card battles — The same card combat as the ranch, with up to 3 cows on the field at once, each with its own spirit and hand. Alien monsters play their own skill cards, such as Venom, Flank and Dragon Breath, so your tactics change with every constellation.

Claim loot, light up constellations — Victories drop ore, sector fragments, ship parts, blueprints and IRG. Fragments arrive instantly; everything else goes to Pending Rewards, where one wallet transaction claims it on-chain. Beat the boss and collect enough fragments to light up the constellation and open the next sector.

More stars raise the drop cap for ore and IRG (1.6x at 3 stars). Unlocking the next outpost only takes 1 star.

Five constellations

Season one opens five constellations and 39 outposts, chained into one main route from threat level 1 to 5. Each constellation opens once the previous one is lit up.

Taurus — The cows' home world and the start of every route. Herds of grassland horn beasts make it the place to build your first squad and learn the card battles.

Aries — Rammer herds on red-rock badlands and the first real fight. From here on, bosses start dropping blueprints.

Scorpius — Stinger nests in a toxic swamp. Enemies bring venom and poison fog, and ore upgrades to crystal.

Orion — Hunting grounds of interstellar hunters who flank and snipe. Its boss outpost is the main source of ship parts.

Draco — The lava dragon's lair at the end of the route, with 10 outposts. Burn and dragon breath hit hard; it drops magma core ore and the most IRG.

Flagship: more cows, more fuel

Your flagship starts at level 1 and is upgraded on-chain with ship parts and IRG. Higher levels let your squad bring more cows and raise your fuel cap.

Fuel and loot

Regenerates 1 point every 14.4 minutes, about 100 a day, and keeps filling to the cap while you are offline.

Buy more with IRG: 50 fuel = 1,000 IRG, up to 1,000 fuel per day (raised for the beta).

Ore — Iron, Crystal and Magma Core ore. On-chain and tradable; refine it into Alloy or recycle it for IRG in the live Interstellar Sandbox Refinery.

Sector fragments — One kind per constellation, used to light it up. Tracked in game, not on-chain.

Ship parts — Engine, Armor, Cabin, Navigation and Weapon Rack parts. Burn them to upgrade the flagship directly or build matching flagship modules at the Sandbox Shipyard.

Blueprints — Rare boss drops from Aries onward. Each blueprint type is consumed by a matching tier-III flagship-module recipe in the Sandbox Shipyard.

How it connects to CowGalaxy

The same cows — Trek mints no new cows. Your crew is the cow NFTs you raised on the ranch; attack, defense and HP set their power, and Genesis cows make the strongest crew.

The same token — Fuel and flagship upgrades cost IRG, and victories drop IRG. Both games run on one economy.

On-chain loot — Ore, parts and blueprints are ERC-1155 items that land in your wallet once claimed. Transfer or trade them, or use them now in the Sandbox Refinery and Shipyard; crafted flagship modules take effect back in Trek.

October 1 to December 31, 2026, on the Sepolia testnet alongside Interstellar Rangeland, completely free. Items and tokens earned during the beta do not migrate to mainnet, and Trek battle wins and first outpost clears count toward the Expedition dimension of play XP.
